Full Management - Jukiwa oversees rent collection, maintenance, bill payments (water, power, land taxes, garbage, and workers), and handles the filing of returns for the owner. Making the owner stress-free and earn their money easily without loads of work. Clear invoices and receipts for all payments made are provided to the owner.
Hybrid Management - Jukiwa manages rent collection and maintenance of the building. The owner then handles the other property-related bill payments.
Partial Management - Jukiwa's role is limited to rent collection, while the owner is accountable for maintenance expenses and other property-related costs.
Jukiwa General Agencies Ltd also offers marketing services to property sellers. In this arrangement, the owner acts as their own broker, interacting directly with potential and committed clients and buyers for a specified fee.
