  • Age: 40–45 years
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR management, preferably in financial or real estate sectors
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CHRP) is an advantage
  • Skills: Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Kenyan labor laws

2. Chief Accountant

  • Age: 40–45 years
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA(K) or ACCA certification required
